Srushti Jayant Deshmukh IAS Family and Education
Srusthi was born on 28 March 1996 in Kasturba Nagar in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Her father Jayant Deshmukh is an engineer in a BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited). private company and her mother Sunita Deshmukh is a teacher in a private school in Bhopal.
Srusthi did her schooling at Carmel Covent School in Bhopal. She completed her Class 10th in 2012 and scored a 10 CGPA. In 2014, in Class 12, she scored 93 percent. In graduation, she pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech.) in Chemical Engineering from Laxmi Narayan College of Technology, affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Technological University (RGPV), Bhopal. She completed her graduation in 2018.
Civil Services Examination 2018 Topper
While pursuing her engineering degree, Srusthi began preparation for the coveted UPSC Civil Services Exam. She appeared for the Civil Services Examination 2018 and got All India Rank 5 on the very first attempt at the age of 23 years

Srushti Jayant Deshmukh IAS Husband
On 24 April 2022, Srusthi married Dr. Nagarjuna B Gowda who is also an IAS officer of the same 2019 batch of Manipur cadre (Civil Services Exam 2018, Roll no. 7303663, Rank 418). After marriage the service cadre of Dr. Nagarjuna B Gowda was changed from Manipur to Madhya Pradesh.
